Welcome to CarPlay Hacks! By using our online store, you agree to the refund and return policies below. These rules cover how you can use our website, how purchases work, and what our services include. So please read them before you place an order.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 24 hours after placing your order.

Conditions:

  • Refunds are not possible after 24 hours, as your order may have entered processing or shipping.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to carplayhacks@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to your original payment method.

2. Cancel Order

Orders are generally processed and shipped 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order, including the order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to halt the fulfillment process and issue a refund prior to shipment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation is not possible, and the order must be handled according to our applicable return or refund policies.

3. Return Policy (Only applicable for Hardware Products)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • All components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • The return process must begin by contacting carplayhacks@gmail.com

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

After we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns may be processed as either a refund or an exchange, depending on your request.

⚠️ Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Address Changes

Requests to change shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours after placing your order.

Please note:

  • After 24 hours, orders enter processing, and address changes may not be possible.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at carplayhacks@gmail.com.
  • While we’ll do our best to help, we are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Replacement of Components

We do not offer replacements for components or accessories that are:

  • Lost,
  • Misplaced, or
  • Damaged by the customer after delivery.

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect your package carefully.
  • If any components are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Technical Knowledge Requirement

Please note:

  • Detailed manuals and technical support are provided.
  • Customers are expected to follow set-up and usage instructions carefully.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for issues caused by:

  • A lack of technical understanding
  • Failure to follow setup instructions

7. Limitation of Liability

CarPlay Hacks is not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Arising from the use or inability to use our products

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • Installation, operation, and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.
